The Oviedo location of Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream is the third. Opening in 2019 on N. Central Avenue. Kelly’s Oviedo location is in the historic Town House restaurant plaza in downtown Oviedo, and will feature all of your favorite flavors and some signature seasonal scoops as well. Almost any day of the week, you can find Kelly’s Ice Cream truck parked at public and catered events and food-truck round-ups.
